The petitioner submitted Ext.P1 petition before the District Collector, Kottayam for releasing the vehicle bearing registration No.KL-05/Z-1240 seized by an additional Tahsildar, Changanacherry, allegedly for involvement of reclamation of 'nilam'. The petitioner submits that his vehicle is not involved and he had made Ext.P1 request for release the vehicle. Having adverted to the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 application submitted by the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
