1.0. Present Civil Application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act has been preferred by the applicants herein-original plaintiffs to condone the delay of 6 days in preferring Second Appeal.

2.0. Though served, nobody appears on behalf of the respondents. Hence, it appears that there is no opposition to the present application. Even otherwise, considering the averments in the application in support of his prayer to condone the delay and as sufficient cause is shown, delay caused in preferring Second Appeal is hereby condoned. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
