Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 and 3 to consider, decide and dispose of the application dated 02.07.2019 filed by the petitioner filed as Annexure No.2 to this writ petition."
Perusal of the representation date 02.07.2019 reveals that it has been sent to the opposite party by post seeking demarcation of a plot belonging to the petitioner.
In my considered opinion, in case, the petitioner is serious about demarcation of certain land, he may institute a proper proceeding under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for the said purpose.
Subject to the above, this writ petition stands, disposed of.
