JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is autorickshaw driver and the 2nd accused in an Abkari offence seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to release the vehicle that has been seized by him. In this connection he has preferred Ext.P4 representation seeking a provisional release of the vehicle. The limited prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the respondent to consider this representation preferred by him.
2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents.
3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 application within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
