2. Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, taking notice for the respondent, submitted that the complaint has been taken in C.S.R No.124 of 2017.
3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the basis of C.S.R.No.124 of 2017 and act in accordance with law. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
