Sabitha vs J.Rajkannan

Madras High Court|01 August, 2017

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Seeking for a direction to the Lower Court for speedy disposal of E.P.No.26 of 2016 in R.C.O.P.No.209 of 2015, within a time frame work to be fixed by this Court, the revision petitioners / landlords have preferred this civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
2. As seen from the materials placed, it is found that on account of the pendency of some applications, the matter could not be proceeded further. It is further found that the Court below is already seized of the matter and endeavouring to dispose of the execution petition.
3. Already the Court below has been impressed in taking up the old cases and other specific cases on priority and to dispose of the same in accordance with law.
4. In such view of the matter, I do not find any reason to issue direction to the Court below to give priority for the disposal of the said execution petition, within a time frame work. Resultantly, the civil revision petition is dismissed.
