Petitioner apprehends arrest in Crime No.592 of 2012 of the Vidyanagar Police Station for various offences.

2. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that an absconding final report is filed against the petitioner in the JFMC-I, Kasaragod.

3. Learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the application to enable as the petitioner seek regular bail before the learned magistrate.

4. Having heard both sides, I am inclined to allow the request.

Application is dismissed as withdrawn as aforesaid.
