Petitioners are the accused in C.C.No.1410/2013 of JFCM-V, Kozhikode. The offences alleged against them are punishable under Secs.323, 406, 420 and 498A r/w 34 of IPC. First respondent is the de facto complainant. She is represented in this Court by her counsel. Affidavit has been filed by the first respondent/de facto complainant stating that the entire matter has been settled and she does not intend to proceed further in the matter.
In the light of the settlement so arrived at this Crl.M.C. is allowed. Further proceedings against these petitioners in C.C.No.1410/2013 of JFCM-V, Kozhikode is quashed.
