Learned counsel submits that the petitioners apprehend arrest in Crime No.657 of 2014 of the Malappuram Police Station for various offences relating to alleged cheating of the Bank by availing loan of around `12,00,000/-. Learned counsel submits that the parties are making some effort either to settle the claim of the Bank or to furnish sufficient security and seeks permission to withdraw this application without prejudice to the petitioners filing fresh application for the same relief. 2. I have heard the learned Public Prosecutor also.
3. In the circumstances stated I am inclined to allow the request.
The application is dismissed as withdrawn without Bail Appl.No. 3850 of 2014 () 2 prejudice to the petitioners seeking the same relief either in the Sessions Court concerned or in this Court.
