Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Singh Bais, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State and perused the record.
Considering the nature and seriousness of the offence that on 28.06.2019 at about 10.00 a.m. when the victim was going to attend coaching classes, the applicant and his one associate forcibly attempted to abduct her and on her raising alarm and being challenged by passersby the applicant and another accused fled away and there is no reason for false implication of the applicant and another accused, the applicant does not deserve any leniency.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and considering the submission advanced, the nature and gravity of the accusation, I find no good ground for grant of bail to the applicant,Sabir involved in Case Crime No.201 of 2019 under Sections 366 and 511 I.P.C., Police Station Sarsawa, District Saharanpur.
Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is rejected.
