The writ petition has been filed for a mandamus commanding Additional Commissioner, Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur to decide Review / Restoration Application dated 15.3.2012 (State of UP through Collector , Kushinagar Vs. Sabir Ali and another) filed in Ceiling Appeal No. 178/D of 1990 (Sabir Ali and others Vs. Prescribed Authority and others), expeditiously.
Without entering into the controversy involved in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to Additional Commissioner, Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur to decide Review / Restoration Application dated 15.3.2012 (State of UP through Collector , Kushinagar Vs. Sabir Ali and another) filed in Ceiling Appeal No. 178/D of 1990 (Sabir Ali and others Vs. Prescribed Authority and others), expeditiously, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before the concerned authority.
