Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
The petitioner, by means of this writ petition, has prayed for the following reliefs:
"A). Issue an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondent no.2 to verify the educational documents of the petitioner from their university records and send the verification report to the respondent no.3 and 4 expeditiously within a time bound manner fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
The petitioner states that documents have not yet been verified from the University record by the authority concerned although she has deposited the requisite fee etc.
Ms. Shambhvi Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the enquiry in respect of the degree of the petitioner is under way. She, therefore, submits that the enquiry will be concluded within four weeks by the authority concerned.
Accordingly, this Court directs the respondent no.2 to conclude the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date a copy of this order downloaded from the official website of the Allahabad High Court duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner is presented before it and if the Degree of petitioner is found in order, the respondent no.2 shall forward the verification report to respondents no.3 and 4 within two weeks' thereafter.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
