1. Heard learned Advocate for the petitioners.
2. After arguing the case for some time, learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, states that to deposit the amount of Rs.15,00,000/= as ordered by the Trial Court vide the impugned order dated 18.09.2012, the petitioners need some time.
3. In view of the above, issue NOTICE returnable on 10th December, 2012.
