COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to grant patta in respect of the lands to an extent of 4 acres 90 cents in S.No.32/3 & 32, Palkulam Village, Sathakone Valasai Group, Ramanathapuram Taluk and District in favour of the petitioners and also in pursuance of their representations dated 08.10.2007, which are pending before the 1st Respondent and render justice.

2. When these matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that these petitions have become infructuous, as the petitioners have filed several other writ petitions for various reliefs.
3. Recording the said submission, these petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
