The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to respondent no.1/Civil Judge (J.D.), Shahar, Jaunpur to decide the Original Suit No.378 of 2019 (Sabharaj Mishra Vs. Kamala Prasad Yadav) within stipulated period.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to the private respondent.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the court below to consider and decide the matter on its turn without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties if there is no legal impediment.
