Heard Sri Anil Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Nikhil Kumar learned counsel for the respondent no.3 and Sri G.
P. Singh, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the impugned orders dated 18.08.2011 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.5, Allahabad in Complaint Case No. 2658 of 2009 as well as the order dated 21.07.2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.5, Allahabad in Criminal Revision No. 334 of 2011.
After having examined the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties and perused the impugned orders passed by learned courts below, I am of the opinion that the same do not suffer from any illegality, infirmity and irregularity which may call for any interference by this Court.
The petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
