Petitioners who are working as Class IV employee in a recognized Intermediate College has been placed under suspension vide order of the Principal of the institution after obtaining a preliminary enquiry report. I am of the considered opinion that the order passed by the Principal of the institution is strictly in accordance with law and does not warrant any interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
However in the facts of the present case it is provided that the departmental enquiry shall be completed against the petitioners preferably within two months from the date a certified copy of this order is being filed before the Principal. Writ petition is disposed of.
