The petitioner seeks quashing of the survey report dated 09.02.2021(Annexure No.8 to the petition).
Perusal of annexure No.8 reflects that it is not a survey report, but an order based on the report of land evaluation committee.
The report of the land evaluation committee has not been brought on record.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the petition with the liberty to file a fresh petition with proper pleadings and documents.
As requested above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition.
