Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Sheetla Prasad, learned Standing Counsel.
The applicant is before this Court against the wilful disobedience of the order dated 01.04.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.11127 of 2019 (Sabhajeet Dubey v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
On the matter being taken up today, instructions dated 29.07.2019 have been filed by learned Standing Counsel intimating that in response to the writ Court order in question proceeding has already been finalised, area has been demarcated and fixed point (patthar nasab) has also been marked and as such it is contended that the writ Court order in question has been complied with.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this petition and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged. The instructions are taken on record and a copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the applicant.
