Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
After a long round of litigation, compassionate appointment was accorded to the petitioner in terms of an order of 02 January 2015 on a Class-IV post. That appointment was accepted by the petitioner without protest. The representation which is now made is for the petitioner being adjusted on a Class-III post. That prayer cannot possibly be countenanced.
The petition lacks merit and is dismissed.
