The petitioner is seeking promotion to a class III post in a recognised educational institution which at present is being run by Authorised Controller. The petitioner has not brought on record any representation made by him seeking promotion on class III post. Even the prayer made in the petition does not convey any sense.
Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition.
