JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ext.P4 has been challenged inter alia on the ground of violation of principles of natural justice. The petitioner alleged that he was not heard before such an order was passed. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Board would submit that in that case, the petitioner would be heard and a fresh order passed. Hence only for reason of violation of principles of natural justice, Ext.P4 is set aside. The petitioner shall appear before the authority on 12.12.2014. The authority shall hear the petitioner on the said date or on any other date fixed by the authority, the notice of which shall be given to the petitioner on that date itself and acknowledgment received; either by the authority or by the office of the authority. The matter shall be WPC.No.31161/2014 : 2 : disposed of within a period of one month from the date of appearance. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case.
