Present petition has been filed for setting aside the ex-parte judgment and order dated 21.10.2014 passed by Sri Pamanand Shukla, Principal Judge Family Court, Kaushambi in case no. 15 of 2014 (Sarwre Alam vs. Smt. Sabeena Begum).
According to office report dated 24.8.2019 learned counsel for the appellant has not taken fresh steps to serve the sole respondent.
Accordingly, the present appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
Interim order, if any, is vacated.
