Hon'ble Saumitra Dayal Singh,J.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State as also perused the record.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed against the order dated 13.06.2018, by which the applicant's discharge application has been rejected.
Looking into the nature of the offence alleged and the statement of the prosecutrix recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., it cannot be said at this stage that there is no material or evidence likely to arise against the applicant as may entitle him to discharge at this stage. He further submits that the applicant has already been enlarged on bail and the charges are yet to be framed. The applicant has sufficient remedy which he may pursue in accordance with law.
