O R D E R Memo for retirement filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is perused. The memo is supported by the acknowledgment of the sister of the petitioner.
2. It is submitted that, the file was taken away on 17.06.2019 itself from the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. In the above said facts and circumstances, the memo for retirement is accepted and the petitioner’s counsel is permitted to retire from the case.
4. Looking to the above, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition. Hence, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
