Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Azamgarh to decide the Sessions Trial No.593 of 2017 (State Vs. Sabarjeet Kumar Gautam and others), arising out of Case Crime No.66 of 2015, under Section 307 IPC, Police Station Didarganj, District Azamgarh, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Azamgarh, within time stipulated by this Court.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the aforesaid case is pending since long time and thus a suitable direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid trial in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, provided there is no other legal impediment.
