Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the opposite party no.2, on the basis of affidavit of compliance, states that so far as the interim order dated 13.9.2013 passed in Writ B No.49874 of 2013 is concerned, at no point of time the opposite party no.2 has ever flouted the same.
