[1] The applicant has preferred this application for grant of parole leave on the ground of marriage of daughter of applicant convict prisoner which is fixed on 21.01.2012.
[2] Considering the fact that applicant is in jail since more than three years and his jail record is good and considering the fact that marriage of daughter of the applicant convict prisoner is fixed on 21.01.2012 and marriage ceremony is to be completed on 25.01.2012, the applicant is granted parole leave for a period from 20.01.2012 to 26.01.2012, on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only), on the usual terms and conditions and to the satisfaction of the jail authority and on completion of the period of parole, the applicant shall surrender in time before the jail authority.
[3] In view of above, this application is partly allowed. Direct service is permitted.
