The petitioner No.1 was sent for medical examination but the report has not been sent to this Court till date.
It is stated at the Bar by the learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner No.1 presented herself for the medical examination. The matter is pending before this Court and more than three months have been passed without the petitioner being granted any relief.
The petitioners have not got their marriage registered. The petitioner No.1 and petitioner No.2 have solemnized marriage, it is not known whether the marriage is legal or not that will be a subsequent issue. As the matter is pending for the last three months and State has failed to produce the medical certificates the petitioners cannot be permitted not to give any interim order. The brother Judge vide order dated 29.05.2018 has granted them protection. In the meantime, the said order is made absolute, however, subject to the fact that if it is found that the petitioner no. 1 is minor, the present order will be annulled.
With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
