Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that detenue Smt. Saba @ Shayada Begam is major and educated. The detenue Smt. Saba @ Shayada Begam left her house on her own sweet will and she has solemnized her marriage with petitioner on 05.02.2015. Opposite party no. 4 has illegally detained the detenue Smt. Saba @ Shayada Begam.
Learned A.G.A has accepted notice on behalf of the opposite party nos.1 to 3.
In view of the above, petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) within a period of 10 days from today towards expenses of the opposite party which shall be paid by the Senior Registrar of this Court to him on the date he appears before this Court.
Issue notice to opposite party no. 4 namely Fakeere to produce the detenue Smt. Saba @ Shayada Begam before this Court on 31.03.2016. In case aforementioned expenses are not deposited then the notice shall not be issued to the opposite party no.4.
