Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Rajesh Tripathi for respondent no. 1 and Sri Bharat Pal Singh, holding brief of Sri Neeraj Tripathi for respondent University.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction upon the respondents to release amount of family pension to petitioner. Though orders have been passed yet family pension has not been released to petitioner so far.
Sri Bharat Pal Singh, holding brief of Sri Neeraj Tripathi, has produced before this Court an order passed by the Finance Officer, University of Allahabad, Allahabad, sanctioning the amount of family pension and directed for its release to the petitioner alongwith other benefits. It is also stated that in case the amount has not been credited to the account of petitioner, the same shall be credited within a period of 4 weeks from today.
Considering the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the authority concerned to act in terms of the order dated 21.2.2019, passed by the Finance Officer, University of Allahabad, and if the amount of family pension and other benefits has not yet been credited to the account of the petitioner, the same shall be done within a period of 4 weeks from today.
