JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file Revision Petition before the Government. Till such time statusquo to be maintained. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file revision petition before the Government, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
3. Office is directed to return the original impugned order, after obtaining the certified copy of the same.
