Mr.
Sojitra, learned advocate for the petitioners, has prayed for one week's time to submit individual petitions, adopting the grounds mentioned in present petition, in respect of all concerned persons, whose names are mentioned at serial Nos.2 to 69 in the cause title of present petition. He has also requested that present petition may be confined to petitioner No.1 only.
Orders accordingly.
Time until 30.4.2012 is granted to file separate petitions for each of the petitioner.
