When the Court was not inclined to entertain this petition on the ground of lack of cause of action and maintainability of the petition on the facts mentioned in the petition, though in support of his submission learned counsel has cited judgment in case of S.M.D. Kiran Pasha Vs. Government of Andhra Pradesh And Others, reported in (1990) 1 SCC 328, learned counsel seeks time for a day either to invite order or to make request for withdrawal of the petition. At his request matter is kept on 1/3/2012 and no further time shall be granted in the matter.
