The applicant has taken out present application seeking below mentioned relief:-
"34[A] Your Lordships may be pleased to fix the early date for final hearing of the main petition being Special Civil Application No.11196 of 2006 in the interest of justice."
2. Having regard to the fact that senior and old matters than the writ petition being Special Civil Application No.11196 of 2006 are pending and awaiting hearing, if the relief prayed for by the applicant is granted, it would amount to granting out of turn and preferential hearing to the applicant. Therefore, the application is not entertained.
The registry is directed to list the writ petition in the cause list of Final Hearing in due course, considering its seniority and keeping in focus the order dated 7.11.2006 whereby the Court has directed that the Rule be expedited.
3. With the aforesaid observations and direction, the Civil Application stands disposed of.
