Mr.

Gunvant R. Thakar, counsel for the petitioner submitted that the benefits like Leave Encashment, Gratuity and revised pension have not been paid to the petitioner on the ground that the departmental inquiry against the petitioner is pending.

The Respondents are directed to complete the departmental inquiry within six months from today and after completion of the departmental inquiry and based on the result of the departmental inquiry, the case of the petitioner be considered within three months thereafter.
