JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rule.
By way of ad-interim relief, the impugned award is stayed qua the direction regarding grant of back-wages and continuity of service on condition that the order of reinstatement shall be implemented within a period of 30 days from today. If the petitioner Company is closed at Baroda, it will be open for the applicant to offer the respondent-workmen for equivalent post at the nearest destination.
Notice as to confirmation of interim relief, returnable on 25th June, 2012.
