THESE WRIT PETITIONS ARE FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 & 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO DIRECT R-2 TO TRANSFER THE QUARTERS / HOUSE / PROPERTIES BY EXECUTING SALE DEED AT THE EARLIEST AND AS PER THE ORDER PASSED BY THE DIVISION BENCH OF THIS HON'BLE COURT IN W.A.NOS.1747 TO 1757/2001 BY CONSIDERING THE REPRESENTATIONS OF THE PETITIONERS DATED 13.4.2016 VIDE ANNEX-F, F1 & F2 AND ETC.
THESE WRIT PETITIONS COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Sri.Swamy M.M., learned counsel for the petitioners.
Sri.C.Shashikanth, learned Assistant Solicitor General for the respondent No.1.
Sri.T.Rajaram, learned counsel for the respondent No.2.
2. The petitions are admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same are heard finally.
3. In these petitions, the petitioners inter alia seek for a direction to the respondent No.2 to transfer the quarters / house / properties by executing sale deed at the earliest and as per the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos.1747 to 1757/2001 by considering the representations of the petitioners dated 13.4.2016 vide Annex-F, F1 and F2.
4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and in view of the facts of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the petitions with a direction that suitable action, if not already taken, on the representations submitted by the petitioners shall be taken in accordance with law by the competent authority by a speaking order within four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petitions are disposed of.
