ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned High Court Govt. Pleader.
2. After arguing the matter for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition be disposed off with a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial and all the contentions raised be left open to be raised in an appropriate proceeding for discharge if the petitioner so desires.
3. Reserving such liberty to the petitioner to seek for discharge if permissible under law, the petition is disposed off with a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial.
