Along with the affidavit filed by the respondents, copy of a proceedings issued in compliance with the directions contained in the judgment is produced as Annexure-R1 (a).
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the benefit is not granted in full. However, in view of Annexure-R1 (a) proceedings issued by the respondents this court do not find any reason to proceed further in this contempt of court case. It is left open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings in appropriate forum, if he is aggrieved in any manner.
3. Accordingly the contempt of court case is hereby closed, subject to liberty mentioned as above.
