Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the respondents with a fresh representation indicating the date on which the public meeting was sought to be conducted. No costs.
