ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action on the part of the respondent authorities in not marinating (sic: ‘maintaining’) the equipments and distribution system of Chandra Lift Irrigation, Konuru village, Achampet Mandal, Guntur District and initiating steps to close the lift scheme as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently direct Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to desist from taking any steps to close or cripple the Chandra Lift Irrigation, Konuru Village, Achampet Mandal, Guntur district without affording opportunity to the members of the society, if necessary, by conducting a meeting of the members of the Society to streamline the coordination between R5 Society and A.P.S.I.D.C.”
At the hearing, the learned counsel for all the parties submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 16.07.2010, shall stand vacated and W.P.M.P.No.20553 of 2010 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
