2. The petitioners are the plaintiffs in the suit in O.S.No.188 of 2016. The petitioners have filed the application in I.A.No.115 of 2017, seeking permission to deposit the money to show their bona fides, without prejudice to contest their case.
3. The grievance of the petitioners is that the said application is not yet disposed of.
4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the Additional District Munsif Court, Chidambaram, to dispose of the application in I.A.No.115 of 2017 in O.S.No.188 of 2016, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
