When the matter was called on 20.06.2014, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As such this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption ‘For Dismissal’.
When the matter was called in the pre-lunch session, none appeared for the petitioner. As such this Court passed over the matter and even in the post-lunch session, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
Therefore, this Court has no other option except to dismiss for non-prosecution.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
