THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI W.P.No.22425 of 2006 Between:
S.V. Raghavacharyulu PETITIONER AND 1. National Housing Bank, owned by the Reserve Bank of India, represented by its Manager, New Delhi, and another.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
The said submission is recorded and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
