The petitioner has filed the present petition to direct the I Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai or concerned in-charge Judge of I Additional Sessions Court, Chennai to expedite the trial in S.C.No.150 of 2015 and dispose the same within stipulated period of time.

3. It is represented by the Registry that a Judicial Officer has been posted in I Additional Sessions Court, Chennai.
4. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted since Judicial Officer has been posted, the trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.

In view of the above, the learned I Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai is directed to expedite the trial in S.C.No.150 of 2015 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible after affording opportunity to all the parties. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
