msk 2.On 10.07.2017, a specific order has been passed to the effect that the petitioner should implead one Pandian, who is said to have eloped with the detenue. But, on the side of the petitioner, no endeavour has been made so as to implead him. Further, on 07.07.2017 there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. Under such circumstances, this petition is dismissed for default.
