JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent has disposed of the Statutory Revision filed by the petitioner on 11.07.2012. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
2. In view of the above submission, the relief sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition has become infrucutuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
