ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 1-8-2013 in W.P.No.19872 of 2012 whereby this Court has directed the respondent to complete the proceedings i n C.C.No.S2235/1975 as expeditiously as possible.
At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TS) on instructions submitted that the hearing in the case was commenced by the respondent about a few months back and that the same is being held on regular basis. He has further submitted that within two months, the respondent will conclude the proceedings and pass an appropriate order.
In view of the above submissions of the learned Government Pleader, which are placed on record, the Contempt Case is closed.
