.. Respondents Counsel for the petitioner: Mr. Ch. Siva Reddy Counsel for the respondents : AGP for Civil Supplies (AP) The court made the following:
COMMON ORDER:
All these writ petitions have been filed by the dealers of fair price shops of various villages falling within the jurisdiction of respondent No.3, feeling aggrieved by the action of the said respondent in accepting their resignations.
On noticing that resignations were sent by fair price shop dealers on a mass scale, this Court has ordered personal appearance of respondent No.3. Accordingly, respondent No.3 is personally present. He has placed before the Court individual proceedings, in all these cases, issued on 26.12.2014, whereunder he has withdrawn his earlier orders of accepting the petitioners’ resignations and restored their authorisations. He has also directed the Tahsildars concerned to allot essential commodities to the petitioners from the month of January, 2015 onwards. Respondent No.3 has also expressed his remorse for accepting the resignations without notice to the petitioners.
In view of the corrective steps taken by respondent No.3, the grievance of the petitioners stood redressed and the writ petitions are, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of these writ petitions, W.P.M.P.Nos.48513, 48724, 48725, 48741, 48742, 48805, 48806, 48835, 48836, 48837, 48838, 49085, 49086, 50716, 50738, 50746, 50782, 50799 & 50828 of 2014, filed by the petitioners for interim relief in the respective writ petitions shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
